![]() At Gold Medal Bakery the sanitation department is fully staffed seven days a week to ensure that the buildings, equipment and grounds are maintained to high AIB standards. Along with the support from all departments, the sanitation department strives to maintain a high degree of cleanliness throughout all aspects of the food manufacturing process. Good Manufacturing Practices are essential and utilized through the entire organization. All equipment and surrounding areas are cleaned at the end of each production cycle. Internal audits are conducted weekly. The services of AIB Food Safety Department and W.E. Long are used to conduct regular audits. Our high standards ensure that Gold Medal Bakery produces a pure, unadulterated product. On-going training and state-of-the-art equipment is used to accomplish this goal. |
