Egg Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 package of ground sausage meat
  • 6 slices of 16oz white bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 9×11 pan

Instructions:

  1. Fry sausage meat until completely cooked
  2. Whisk eggs, milk and dried mustard in a bowl
  3. Cube the bread and spread evenly out on the pan
  4. Layer sausage meat on top of the bread
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sausage
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the pan
  7. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before eating

Tip: Peppers and Onions can be added. Simply cut to you desired size and spread on top of the sausage meat
