Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 20oz can of crushed pineapples
  • 5 pieces of Hearty white bread

Instructions:

  1. Cut the crust off the bread and cut into cubes
  2. Add butter and sugar in a large bowl
  3. Beat in one egg at a time on low
  4. Strain pineapples and add to the mixture
  5. Gently fold in the bread cubes
  6. Butter a 1 ½ quart casserole dish
  7. Add mixture to the casserole dish
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered
