NOTE: Retail stores “fronting” on any thoroughfare or boundary established herein (unless specified otherwise) are deemed to belong to this distributorship territory. The term “fronting” as used in this Territorial Description (TD) shall have the same meaning as “facing.” Unless specified otherwise, a retail store is deemed to be “fronting” the road on which its primary mailing address is located. Only the inside (side facing the interior of the territory ) of all the City, Town or State lines, rivers or other natural boundaries or border streets or highways is included in the TD. Beginning at a point formed by the intersection of Northern Boulevard and the eastern shore of Alley Creek;
Thence north along the eastern shoreline of Alley Creek, becoming the eastern shoreline of Little Neck Bay, around the shore of King’s Point, across Manhasset Bay, to the intersection with the shore of Sands Point;
Thence northeast across Hempstead Bay, to the intersection with the north shore of Matinecock Point and the Long Island Sound;
Thence continuing northeast along the northern shore of the Long Island Sound, around Rocky Point, to the intersection with Oyster Bay;
Thence southeast along the western shore of Oyster Bay, becoming Oyster Sound, becoming Cold Spring Harbor, becoming the Inner Harbor to the intersection with the south shore of the Inner Harbor;
Thence east along the southern shore of the Inner Harbor, to the intersection with the eastern shore of the Inner Harbor;
Thence southeast to the junction with the North Hempstead Turnpike, Harbor Road and Lawrence Hill Road;
Thence south on Harbor Road, becoming Woodbury Road, to the intersection with Avery Road;
Thence south on Avery Road to the intersection with the Jericho Turnpike;
Thence southwest on Jericho Turnpike to the intersection with the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway;
Thence generally south on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway to the intersection with Woodbury Road;
Thence south on Woodbury Road, becoming East Barclay Street, to the intersection with South Broadway;
Thence southeast on South Broadway to the intersection with W Old Country Road;

Thence southwest on Sunrise Highway to the intersection with the Wantagh State Parkway;
Thence south on the Wantagh State Parkway to the intersection with Ocean Parkway;
Thence due south on an imaginary line from that intersecting point to the intersection with the shore of the Atlantic Ocean;
Thence southwest along the Atlantic shore to the intersection with Jones Inlet;
Thence north and northeast along the eastern shore of Jones Inlet, becoming Jones Bay, to the intersection with the Meadowbrook State Parkway;
Thence north and northwest on the Meadowbrook Sate Parkway, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with the Northern State Parkway;
Thence northwest on the Northern State Parkway, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Hillside Avenue;
Thence southwest on Hillside Avenue, becoming East Williston Avenue, then becoming Hillside Avenue again, all excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Marcus Avenue;
Thence northwest on Marcus Avenue, becoming the Grand Central Parkway, both excluding all route customers, and continuing southwest to the intersection with the Little Neck Parkway;
Thence northwest on the Little Neck Parkway, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Northern Boulevard;
Thence southwest on Northern Boulevard, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with the eastern shore of Alley Creek, the point of the beginning.
