In the state of New York, in the borough of Manhattan, and all that territory more fully described as follows:

NOTE: Retail Stores “fronting” on any thoroughfare or boundary established herein (unless specified otherwise) are deemed to belong to this distributorship territory.  The term “fronting” as used in this Description of Territory shall have the same meaning as “facing.”  Unless specified otherwise, a Retail Store is deemed to be “fronting” the road on which its primary mailing address is located.

Beginning at a point formed by the New Jersey and New York state line; 

Thence southeast to the intersection of West 125th St;

Thence southeast on West 125th St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Amsterdam Ave; 

Thence southwest on Amsterdam Ave, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with West 123rd St;

Thence southeast on West 123rd St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Mt Morris Park West;

Thence southwest on Mt Morris Park West, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with W 120th St, becoming East 120th St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Madison Ave;

Thence northeast on Madison Ave, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with East 122nd Ave;

Thence southeast on East 122nd St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with 3rd Ave; 

Thence northeast on 3rd Ave to the intersection with East 123rd St;

Thence southeast on East 123rd St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with 2nd Ave;

Thence northeast on 2nd Ave, excluding all route customers, to the intersection of East 125th St;

Thence southeast on East 125th St, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with the Robert F Kennedy Bridge and the western shoreline of the Harlem River;

Thence southwest on the western shoreline of the Harlem River, becoming the East River;

Thence continuing generally southwest along the western shoreline of the East River to the intersection with the Hudson River; 

Thence due west on a straight line to the intersection with the New Jersey and New York state line; 

Thence generally northeast along the New Jersey and New York state line, to the point of the beginning.
