Route 513 – The Bronx

In the state of New York, in the county of Westchester, in the borough of the Bronx, and all that territory more fully described as follows: 

NOTE: Retail Stores “fronting” on any thoroughfare or boundary established herein (unless specified otherwise) are deemed to belong to this distributorship territory. The term “fronting” as used in this Description of Territory shall have the same meaning as “facing.” Unless specified otherwise, a Retail Store is deemed to be “fronting” the road on which its primary mailing address is located. 

Beginning at a point formed by the intersection of Bedford Park Blvd and Southern Blvd;

Thence northeast and southeast on Southern Blvd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Bronx Park East; 

Thence north on Bronx Park East, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Arnow Ave; 

Thence east on Arnow Ave, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Boston Rd;

Thence northeast on Boston Rd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Burke Ave;

Thence east on Burke Ave, excluding all route customers, to the intersection of East Gun Hill Rd;

Thence southeast on East Gun Hill Rd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Eastchester Rd;

Thence south on Eastchester Rd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with the Bronx and Pelham Parkway;

Thence southeast and east on the Bronx and Pelham Parkway, excluding all route customers, becoming Shore Rd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with the southern shoreline of the Hutchinson River;

Thence generally south along the shoreline around Throgs Point and then following the shoreline of the East River to the intersection with Interstate 678;

Thence north on Interstate 678 to the intersection with the Cross Bronx Expressway;

Thence west and northwest on The Cross Bronx Expressway to the intersection with Boston Rd; 

Thence northeast and east on Boston Post Rd to the intersection with Bronx Park South;

Thence northwest on Bronx Park South to the intersection with Southern Blvd;

Thence generally north on Southern Blvd, excluding all route customers, to the intersection with Bedford Park Blvd, the point of the beginning.
