Pineapple Stuffing


  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 20oz can of crushed pineapples
  • 5 pieces of Hearty white bread


  1. Cut the crust off the bread and save for later use.
  2. Cut the crustless bread slices into cubes.
  3. Add butter and sugar in a large bowl
  4. Beat in one egg at a time on low
  5. Strain pineapples and add to the mixture
  6. Gently fold in the bread cubes
  7. Butter a 1 ½ quart casserole dish
  8. Add mixture to the casserole dish
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered
